You may be required to sign up for an account, and select a username. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information as part of your account creation. You may not use a username that is misleading or that impersonates someone else.
Children under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian's permission to use Dewdul.
You may use the services provided by Dewdul for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified. You agree to use the service in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Dewdul is not responsible for how you use the service, including any violations of the law.
Dewdul is a free-to-use service. However, there is an optional paid membership that grants access to additional features, such as receiving monthly Stardust, which can be used to purchase Giftable Purple and Red Stars, as well as the ability to add #Tags to your collection.
Stardust can also be earned as a free user through achievements or by receiving Stars from other users. We reserve the right to change or enhance the service at any time, and you will be notified of any changes in these terms.
Dewdul allows the creation and sharing of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content under strict guidelines:
You agree that you will not use the service in any way that:
When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Dewdul does not store passwords; instead, we use Google for authentication or allow users to log in using an email-based code. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
By creating or submitting content on Dewdul, including drawings and images, you grant Dewdul a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content as part of the platform.
You retain ownership of any content you create, and you are responsible for ensuring that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Paid members receive Stardust on a monthly basis, which can be used to purchase Giftable Purple and Red Stars and to add #Tags to their collection. Non-paid users can earn Stardust through achievements and by receiving Stars from other users.
Membership benefits may be updated from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes in the terms.
Dewdul reserves the right to remove any images or content that violate these terms, including but not limited to:
Any attempt to tamper with, alter, or exploit any part of the Dewdul platform, including but not limited to the Dewdul drawing application called Dewdul-Board (located at https://www.dewdul.com/dewdul-board), is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized modification of the application's functionality, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or using third-party tools or methods to interfere with the normal operation of the site.
If any tampering is determined to have taken place, the user responsible will be permanently banned from the platform. Dewdul reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including banning accounts or blocking IP addresses, to protect the integrity and security of the platform.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Dewdul may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. By using Dewdul, you acknowledge and agree that Dewdul is not responsible for any risk or liability related to third-party websites.
You are responsible for any content you upload or submit to Dewdul. By uploading content, you represent that:
Dewdul values your privacy. By using the service, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
